Over the past months, Chad Bradley has taken us on an incredible journey into the world of customer service. But his letters were written many years ago, when he was but a youngster, fighting the good fight for complainers everywhere dressed in a big nappy. And sadly, we've come to the end of the Chad Bradley archives. His historic letters are no more.

That would have been it for him here at RollZero. However, just two days ago we received a message by carrier pigeon, from the very loft - we presume - in which Chad makes his home. Now a wizened older gentleman of 29, he has embarked on a new era of letter writing to meet the changing needs of the modern consumer.

A top secret batch of correspondences is due next week, and we'll be running a new one every Friday. Among the important questions addressed will be:

- Where do eggs come from?

- Can a whole house be networked with Stannah stairlifts?

- What happens when your shoes shrink in the sun?

- How do you deal with a hypercube in your salad?
